During the selection process priority is given to the scientific and human qualities of its legal team, with particular emphasis on the academic path taken, communication skills, professional experience, foreign language skills and especially, team work capabilities – vales which are essential to the edification of ethically responsible advocacy. Selection Process The selection process is divided into two phases: the first phase requires the candidate to fill out the “Application Form”, completing all compulsory fields (these are of relevance during the selection of candidates and staff for the Firm); otherwise the application may not be accepted. During the second phase the candidate is called for an interview with SCA’s partners, to make his or herself known personally thus that an informed decision may be made. |
