Profile
Simões Correia Associates has expanded in a moderate and studied manner since its beginning. During the selection process priority is given to the scientific and human qualities of its legal team, with particular emphasis on the academic path taken, communication skills, professional experience, foreign language skills and especially, team work capabilities – vales which are essential to the edification of ethically responsible advocacy.
When selecting administrative staff SCA looks for professionalism, organizational and communication skills. The smooth running of the firm depends on a cooperative, efficient and dynamic administrative team.
Selection Process
The selection process is divided into two phases: the first phase requires the candidate to fill out the “Application Form”, completing all compulsory fields (these are of relevance during the selection of candidates and staff for the Firm); otherwise the application may not be accepted. During the second phase the candidate is called for an interview with SCA’s partners, to make his or herself known personally thus that an informed decision may be made.
The recruitment process goes on throughout the year, with the exception of the month of August, and is particularly busy during the months of September and October, notwithstanding any special recruitment needs during the remainder of the year. All completed applications are answered.
