The area of Civil Law is also a field in which SCA has a strong intervention be it from a Consult and Legal Aide perspective or in Litigation and pre-Litigation.

Special attention is given to the rendering of services in the area of Contracts, Rental, Civil Responsibility, Rights over Immovable Property and Successions Law, as well as in the field of Credit Recovery in representation of several Credit Institutions.
