SCA has gathered significant experience in various aspects of litigation.

The experience acquired in this field covers all jurisdictional orders, specially the Labour Courts and Civil Courts.

The support in this area is assured throughout all stages of the process. In the pre-litigation phase this is done by demanding payment and the just negotiation of litigious processes. During the litigation phase this is done by articulating all the pieces of the process with representation in court for all the acts and terms of the main suit and respective incidental suits.
