SCA has gathered vast experience in the area of Insurance Law and of insurance activity both in the “life” and “non-life” branches.

In this area of performance SCA adopts the Legal Department in an outsourcing regimen of two Insurers who are in charge of the judicial dynamics and life which are an integral part of insurance firms and their activity, in all its facets, in Consulting or Legal Assistance as well as Litigation and pre-litigation.

In this field of activity SCA provides legal support to the Administrations and various Departments of these Insurance Companies, principally by formulating decisions, contracts, policies and other documents related to insurances and the insurers’ activity.
